I'm strange. Odd. "Interesting." Whatever you wanna call it. I'm not normal. And I wouldn't want to be. I find normal people extremely boring. Snoozefest. Yawnapalooza.

So as part of my eccentricity (and ADHD) I blog whenever the mood strikes. I don't promise to be consistent, or witty, or even terribly interesting. This post is an example of just that.

After more than a month of having absolutely no motivation to blog I decided to hop on here to share with you a very simple and scrumptious recipe. Make it, don't make it, whatever. I'm telling you though -- you really should try it. Easy and delicious.

Brown 8 to 10 boneless porkchops.
In a bowl combine a 12 oz can of evaporated milk and two cans of cream of mushroom soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the porkchops.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Drag out your crockpot in the morning and throw in chops and gravy.
Let it cook while you're at work.
Make some rice to go along with your chops & gravy.
Feast.
